all professionals will be confronted with it at some stage. From swinging to threesomes to polyamory, these forms and terms are cropping up in our practices
more often. Because of the scarcity of sex therapists, many professionals are often confronted with these situations which fall outside of their scope of expertise or
even comfort zone.

It is our privilege to announce Marilet Kotze as our host for this topic: Marilet is a registered counselor working as a sex therapist and Imago trained relationship counselor. She has been working as a sex therapist since 2011 and made the logical step to integrate relationship counseling in 2013. Human relationships and sexuality walk hand in hand and we cannot discuss the one without the other. Sex therapy is the point where practicality and vulnerability meet to facilitate connection. The discovery of, and subsequent love affair with, Imago has changed her work in profound ways to facilitate a new and rare type of sexual and emotional connection. Her goal in life is to get people sharing openly and honestly about physical and emotional needs in order to heal old hurts and discover new delights.
