Savanthika Pillay is a qualified Social Worker now practicing as a Coach, Imago facilitator, and TRE practitioner (a body-based intervention for discharging stress and trauma). She uses an eclectic approach, appropriately incorporating various modalities., including mindfulness practice, to create an integrated experience of body, mind, and emotions. She creates a space for slowing down, deep reflection, understanding our responses to the world, and how we have come to be the people we are and then to make conscious choices about who we want to be. Her highest aspiration is to enable the development of personal mastery/self-leadership, personal healing, and conscious relationships.

Bernard obtained his Masters degree in Counselling Psychology (Cum Laude) from UJ and his MBA from the CU for PHE.
