Conference Terms & Conditions

1. Method of Payment
Payment of the registration fee can be made via credit card, debit card, Snapscan or EFT (electronic funds transfer) via Quicket. To facilitate tracking of payments, please use your surname as your beneficiary payment reference. Please send proof of payments to amanda@scconferences.com Payments should be made before the relevant cut-off dates for discounted rates in order to qualify for the discounted rates.

2. Registration Cancellation Policy
2.1 Notification of cancellation of registration or name replacement must be sent in writing to our organisers, Southern Cross Conferences, via email to amanda@scconferences.com No telephonic cancellations or changes will be accepted.
2.2. For cancellations received up to and including 30 June 2021, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee will apply;
2.3. For cancellations received on and after 1 July 2021, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total fee will apply;
2.4. For cancellations received on and including 1 August 2021, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee will apply.
2.5 Name changes are not accepted unless the participant is from the same company/institution.
2.6. All refunds will be processed within 15 days after the congress.
2.7. International bank charges are for delegates’ own accounts.

3. Travel and Health Insurance for In-person delegates
3.1. It is strongly recommended that participants take out insurance to cover loss (including registration fees) incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects. . Imago, the congress organisers and/or the venue will not be responsible for any medical costs incurred by participants.
3.2. Imago, the congress organisers and/or the venue will not accept liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to conference participants, either during or as a result of the conference or during any social events, transfers or tours.

4. Internet access for virtual delegates
4.1. Delegates who register as virtual delegates are responsible for their own internet access. It is recommended that virtual delegates have access to high-speed internet of at least 10MB per second in order to have stable access to online sessions.
